I have tried various different kinds of workouts over the years, but Orange Theory's varied and intense workouts seem to work best for my body type and temperament. I like the different routines they come up with and that there is very little repetition. In the past I struggled with consistently working out two or three days a week but the routine of signing up for a class and showing up at Orange Theory and working hard at it for an hour seems to have gotten me hooked. I find this to be the easiest routine to be consistent with, somehow. There is little work involved in keeping me motivated. I get cardio (which I love) and strength (which I need) without having to think about anything - I just need to show up at the studio. The HIITs seem to really work for me because I seem to be toning up without changing my diet at all.

I love that every day is a different workout, I don't get bored. The coaches are great at keeping you motivated and make sure you do the exercises correctly!

The OTF PR community has helped me reach fitness goals and continue to progress on my fitness journey. The coaches are engaging, and push me to my potential during workouts. The workouts always allow you to increase intensity, as well as lighten the workload if you are limited for whatever reason. I highly recommend OTF to anyone who struggles to achieve peak performance while exercising independently. It’s all about the community and those around you who make you stronger!
The workouts are fun and challenging. I feel very sore in a lot of muscle areas the next day. The coaches and staff are friendly and always have an upbeat attitude.

I appreciate not having to figure out what exercises to do, I just show up and do what I'm told. The coaching is always encouraging and keeps the group on track. I appreciate the mix of cardio and strength. I appreciate the strength only workouts, too.

The coaches are amazing, they make the workouts fun while pushing you beyond what you think you can do.
The tread has been an awesome growth point for me to see the strides i am able to make.
The science behind the workouts really make you tap into your growth of wanting to do better and push you to the next level, increasing what you did the last few times.
When a coach walks up to you while you are lifting and says nope lift this it makes you make a face at them all while smiling inside because of what you must have achieved in thier eyes, they are the experts.
You almost want to do better for them because of the relationships you have built over time.

Its a motivating and energy start for my day. Puts me on a schedule and regiment. We need more strength classes added to the morning 5 AM or 5:15 Am classes on week days

It’s focused on building awareness and insight of the body and functioning. The workouts are challenging but there is room for adaptation if needed. It’s a holistic workout, involving cardio, strength and mindset. I like that it builds attunement and I am learning so much about what my body can do; the focus isn’t on what the body and mind can’t do, but rather, what it can do. The coaches are super supportive, and when you attend regularly, they get to know you in ways that help you stay focused on your goals, helping to tap into your strengths and challenge your distortions.
I love the interactiveness of the classes. They keep me motivated to reach my goals.
