I was visiting from my studio in Fort Mill and used this studio. It was great very new and the instructor was attentive and corrected when needed.

Motivated and encouraging coaches who push each member individually! Feel energized with the great music and appreciate the fact that the workout is on a rotation of cardio and strength - an hour goes by so quickly.
Professional and Attentive Always.
I appreciate the workouts already set for me with motivating coaches. The heart rate monitor keeps me challenging myself and the three stations plus the three types of workouts, Endurance, Strength and Power all work well for my personal goals. Orange lights and good music don’t hurt either!

The consistent support from not only the coaches, but the front desk personnel. Great attitudes and you can tell they enjoy their jobs.
Everyone at this location does a very nice job of making you feel special and supported every time you take a class. It’s never easy trying something new, but when the people involved go the extra mile to help and encourage you along the way, it makes you want to come back!
That the coaches are motivating, along with other members. Once I’m there, I get into it and feel great afterwards. I’ve been a member for a long time and I still go an average of 3 times per week.
I love that there are so many more lift classes on the schedule now. The staff is also great. My only request would be more current music & EDM. There is a lot of older music (pre-2020).
I love the community of coaches and SAs who care and members who cheer each other on. The workouts are always structured in a way that you can push your self or just get in a great workout. I can show up, work towards my goals and feel great.
I like the constant change in workout! It’s great to switch things up and quickly move to the next thing. The constant transitions make it easier to keep you present in the work out. I also love the coaches for all the encouragement and feedback on form.
It’s challenging and I feel proud of myself for pushing through each and every time I go. I am getting stronger and more confident in what I can accomplish. I am excited to go to every class.
VARIETY
The experience was a 10/10!!! wonderful staff and class.
I appreciate the community and friendliness of the staff. Coach Steve remembered why I was out and asked how I am. Coach Ryan pushes us and even will bring additional weights over so we do not settle. Both of these coaches have great playlists, and are motivating to attend their classes. The flow is beneficial and I especially appreciation the rotation and new workouts introduced weekly!

I like the structure of the workouts but also the variety: Each class is slightly different, which keeps things interesting.
OTF is the only workout that I have stayed committed to. The coaches and staff are great and always make you feel welcomed.
