It’s the best one hour workout in the world. It’s both effective and efficient. I love the whole concept. I love the coaches and the staff. Everyone is extra friendly and make you feel like family. And they remember your name!! How do they do that?? The trainers are very motivated, energetic, helpful and fun. I workout only because I need to and not because I like working out. However when I’m at OTF I push myself like never before and find myself wanting looking forward to the next workout. The facility is always clean and organized too.

I really enjoy high intensity interval training and feel that orange theory offers a great program. However, more importantly then the work out, the entire staff… Coaches, managers, front desk employees could not be More engaging, friendly, encouraging and helpful. Orange theory Edgewater is a great place to work out and I appreciate the entire staff.

I really like all of the trainers. They're a lot of fun and very motivating. The community is also very nice and welcoming.
One thing I would like a little improvement on is the music lately. At first, it was a lot of upbeat rock and rap, which I liked. Lately, it's been a lot of clubby and recent pop, which has its place, but isn't all that great to work out to.

You’re in and out- no lounging around just quick, fast high endurance workout with a very accommodating class schedule.
The constant intervals. Doing one task for long periods (especially running) is something I can do on my own and gets boring.
