As a middle aged mom, staying aware of my personal heart rate zones during cardio provides that extra push a compromised knee can handle! Amazingly, the strength sequences have restored muscle mass I had slowly lost the past five years through aging and a pandemic. My functional strength is apparent whether lifting a bag of potting soil or skiing powder in Utah. No wonder my doctor told me to keep up OTF!
Coaches monitored workouts, pushing when needed, correcting form when needed, and making it enjoyable. And still know you had a workout when it's over. They coaches and I have known each other for so long, it is like having a personal coach with me whenever I am in a workout. And any new coaches catch on quickly to what drives each of us, which makes the workouts even more valuable to those who attend.

I love how simple it is to follow every workout and that literally all I have to do is show up and do what I’m told. The coaches are awesome and encouraging and the other members are equally as supportive and motivating.
I started OTF as a power walker and never envisioned myself as a runner, but since starting I’ve worked up to a 6MPH base pace and even completed the Dri Tri. Orangetheory is a welcoming place for all fitness levels and makes it easy to track your progress along the way through benchmarks. I also love that I can show up and take an “easy day” if I’m feeling sore and still get a great workout in.
I love the structure! It’s the closest thing to a personal trainer without it costing that much. I like that it’s one hour of a hard workout. Everything about it is great!
