Love the classes and the coaches
First and foremost I love that you schedule your workouts on the OT app and that you can get so much done in an hour. Secondly, I love the idea that there's a coach. The coaches in charge of 30 some people which I like I don't want to coach hanging over me for the whole workout but if I am doing something wrong I wanted to be brought to my attention.

Employees are all friendly and professional. Great workout. Great facility. They even let me park my bike inside one day when I realized I didn't have the lock with me. My wife and I have been going to this location for over a year and we both love it! Ernie is like a celebrity!

I love it all! The workouts are hard but you feel so good after. Brian, Natalie, and Miles are fun, energetic and very knowledgeable coaches that clearly want success for everyone. The front desk staff is always very welcoming too. Pnyessa is always amazing!

I love oh so many things about Orange theory! I love the guided work out, because it is well thought out and uses all different muscle groups. The work outs also change up the balance of strength, endurance and power so they are effective and not monotonous. The coaches are amazing! As an older adult who was sedentary for a long time before starting at Orange Theory, the encouragement from the coaches and the options to modify the exercises has been very important to my progress. I love Orange Theory!

It’s quick and efficient
I love how varied the workouts are. It's impossible to get bored with OTF! As a newbie to lifting, I really appreciate how willing the coaches have been to help me out with my form. I've never had a workout class that does a better job with balancing personal attention and maintaining the motivational group environment. I've only been a member for a few months, and I already feel much better when it comes to my health!
