I really like this location. They introduced themselves, asked me the right questions, got me all set up with the heart monitor, toured the space and while in the workout the instructor kept an eye out for me to make sure I knew how to read the monitor and if I was doing ok. I like how they don't keep on pressuring you to work harder while in the workout, I felt like they were just motivating and that's exactly what I needed. I signed up after no questions asked! Thank you!

Really enjoyed the larger amount of equipment unlike my normal location which allowed all of us to start on one equipment and the coach could focus on focusing on instructing one group. It was a great experience.
The workouts are always great! It helps that they are different every time. I love the music and the atmosphere. Having great coaches and others working out with you and motivating you to push yourself is an extra bonus at Orange Theory.
I still love that in one hour I can get a great workout without having to think about it. I also get to workout with a lot of wonderful likeminded people. The people that work the desk are always so welcoming and engaging with the members, new or old Also, the coaches are wonderful.
I don’t get exhausted and I burn more calories than any other workout. Plus I tried it in the past and I lost the weight that I wanted.
It’s a program that can be tailored to suit each person’s needs. The coaches are aware of my limitations and continue to provide alternatives when needed.

Each workout is different and your coach leads you through the workout. You work out at your own pace. Coaches correct your form so you don’t get hurt and you get the most out of your workout. Your OT heart rate monitor gives you real-time feedback, so you can either increase or decrease your intensity to match your target.

The workouts are challenging but accessible. I always feel like I'm working to better myself but don't feel competitive with the the people around me. The coaches are very knowledgeable and supportive.
This is a great workout for all levels of fitness and abilities since the heart monitor guides you with colors mapped to your own personal stats. You get the best cardio workout you'd never be able to push yourself hard enough to get on your own. Plus there is strength and endurance training with weights and rowing. I still think of all the time I wasted with wimpy bike rides in the gym with my open book or an easy run on the tread. I was capable of so much more, all this time. If you've only got little time in your day, yet you wanna challenge yourself to the max, I think OTF is the most effective 60 minutes you can spend.
I like the intensity of the workout and the efficiency of my time commitment.

OTF is an amazing 1 hour workout that gives you an energetic mix of strength, power & endurance workouts! After 3 years here I can’t imagine not starting or ending a day under the orange lights!
I love the consistency of the workouts, and have grown to love the Lift 45 classes. I have found that I have become so much stronger and aware of my body with the addition of this class into my week! I am picking up heavier dumbbells, and really aware of form in a different way than I thought possible!
