Effective and fun
Love the coaches and family at OTF. What really makes the experience good for me is having a coach lead the class and give me the instructions on how to complete the total workout. Much preferred over going to the gym and trying to figure out on my own how to get a good workout. Just show up and the rest is taken care of!!

Strength
First, I love that I don’t have to plan my workout for the day. Secondly, I like that it is one template but is adjustable to different levels of performance . Thirdly, they challenge you to do your best.

I'm a M-W-F person and love working out with Nina! Adding Sunny to the Monday schedule has just made the experience that much better!! I need a coach who can push me while making sure form doesn't suffer. I can count on Nina and Sunny to help me get to the best workout possible.
Great workout. Been a member at Lifetime Fitness for over 15 years and decided to try out Orange Theory. Very happy with my decision. Great change of pace and the burn is good!
I love everything about orange theory. I have always been very into fitness, but doing OTF just twice week has been incredible. I have lost some weight, my muscles are more toned, and I’m just very happy with the results of the workout. I also enjoy all the coaches, and love sharing the same workout with my sister who does OTF out of town!

That I don’t have to think about it, the workout is provided to me and there’s always ways to make it more challenging or modify if I need to. The coaches being motivating is also great, too!

Different workouts that target different muscle groups.
Workouts are constantly changing and as a parent of young kids, it can be hard for me to get to the gym every day, so I need to know that the time I dedicate to exercise is impactful. OTF promises an amazing workout every time.

Today was indicative of what I enjoy. I entered the space with an ambivalent attitude about working out. I started slowly. As I started my tread block, Coach Andrea continued to encourage me. Ultimately pushing myself much further than I expected and much more than I could have in my own.
