They are great workouts. I really like the coaches they explain how to do the weights and make sure we use the equipment correctly.
I like that the classes cater to all levels. I like that the the classes are different every time. The instructors are all very kind and helpful.

The statistics and the motivating coaches!
I have been doing orange theory for a couple years but just recently increased my membership to unlimited from basic because I wanted to come to more classes!! It all started before the transformation challenge 2023 and I have been hooked ever since!
Specifically at West Loop I love ALL the coaches and the enthusiasm they bring and the call outs during class noticing our stretch when doing pushes or all outs. The front desk is so friendly and they know who I am when I walk into class (and know I like to start on the tread haha)!
I love that I can go to any Orangetheory when traveling and usually that is the first thing I do when I book a vacation!

Love the fast paced workout
That it’s a positive environment with coaches pushing within reason, I have asthma, and I’ve been avoiding doing group classes because sometimes I try beyond my limits and trigger asthmatic episodes. So far, I have pushed my heart rate zones without hurting my breathing. I’ve pushed myself more than in my cardio workouts in the gym. I’ve only attempted six classes, but so far, it’s great.
I like the small community feel. The staff and coaches are nice and friendly. You feel as though they know you snd care about your well-being.
I like feeling challenged with support of coaches as I learn. I love feeling the accomplishment of finishing a workout and being able to see the data in my heart rate, splat points and calories burned.
I like the structure of having a scheduled time and full body high intensity workout that varies each time you go through it. Yo never really know what you’re going to get but once you’re done, it feels pretty good. I love being able to track metrics in show improvement and set goals for myself off of the data.
I also like the fact that you can go to any OT studio in the country as I do travel. In our particular studio at Willowbrook, Hinsdale, we have fantastic coaches and staff. My only regret is I didn’t start doing this earlier or OT wasn’t around when I was ayounger man.
The coaches are great and the staff is incredibly kind. They all knew my name after just the 3rd visit.

I like the variety
It's always varied and all the staff/members are very supportive.
With the constant changes to the focus and intensity, I feel that you get a complete workout that strengthens and helps maintain your overall physical wellness with out one having to put extra thought into the process! Just show up, be consistent and get the results.
