The short answer- it's fun! I love the whole "challenging but doable" concept. The workout allows you to continue to challenge yourself and build on your previous accomplishments. Higher inclines, heavier weights, better row form, etc.
The OTF workout makes working out not a chore- at least not for me!

The coaches are awesome! I am in my early 70’s. The coaches are very attentive to all the individuals in class, making modifications when needed and providing extra instruction to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly and safely. I have been working out at OTF 2x/ week for 6 months and have definitely gained strength and stamina.

I like it when the coach tells you how much longer you have to go. I often think "I can't go on" but then I hear 30 seconds left and I think to myself "I can do that, it's only 30 seconds"!
All the classes make you sweat like no other. The workouts are intense but yet fun and I’ve never been able to burn that many calories on my own! Obsessedddd
