Wow! There are so many reasons why I love OTF Blue Bell. I have tried so many workouts in the past and joined different gym clubs/workout subscriptions, out of all of them, OTF has been the most consistently challenging and satisfying (I feel like I do not have to drag myself to go to the gym). As soon as you walk in, you feel the warm welcome from the staff, during the workout, the coaches encourage you to do your best/push your limits (coaches here are AMAZING, like AMAZING-AMAZING!), and the community is very supportive. I never thought I can lift heavy or run or even row, or hold an all out speed for a minute or go all out on an incline, or accomplish full DriTri, the list can go on and on and on. Thanks to all the staff and coaches of OTF Blue Bell for helping me unlock my full potential! You guys are EXCELLENT and keep up the great work!
Good balanced workout between tread, rower, and weights. Gentle prodding from coaches, but supporting meeting individual performance gains. I always feel like I had a tough workout!!
The variation. I wish there was one more later Saturday class that is not lift.

Our West Chester coaches are the best!! Krysta is a freakin beast. She is such a perfect fit for OTF. Please please please... pay her twice what she makes now. We should keep her forever.
