I love how the coaches encourage you throughout the work out, and some (most) give details about what muscle group is doing what and why. Which is good for me as someone who is unfamiliar with the science behind it. I also love how they have themed workouts! It makes the time go by fast! Everyone is super nice, too. That’s a plus!

I like that I can come in, workout and go home. I don't have to think about what I'm going to do, wait for machines to free up or decide what's next. I never have to just hope I'm getting in a good enough workout, because my monitor tells me how I'm doing and gives me a total breakdown after class of everything I've accomplished. I can't imagine an easier way to workout.
