The Lift classes! I love the lift classes. The overall workouts are really good, never boring, and as hard as you want to make them. And it’s so quick and efficient. It’s over before you know it, so there’s very little excuse to not keep showing up. Love all of the coaches at the Princeton location, too!

Very intense and designed for any person whether they are in shape or not. You work at your own pace and the coaches push you to perform to your best ability.
I love Orangetheory! It provides a variety of exercises by incorporating the treadmill, rower and weight exercises. The variety, led by a coach, keeps the class interesting and fun, while getting a great workout.
