It’s a complete workout. And it helped to build my stamina. Started as power walker and now I am able to maintain the light jogger pace throughout my cardio session. Helped to stack on those weights during strength session.

The workouts are set to be very challenging, but you can work at your own pace level. The Coaches are all excellent - Love Keyla, Dagmar, Jen and Sean! The front room staff, especially Morgan make it very friendly and inviting environment when walking through the front door.

I love the 1 hr workout. It is the best hour of my day. Butttttt the coaches are what make OTF the best experience. All of the coaches are amazing and totally make my day. Love OTF.
It's quick, I don't have to think about what to do and I feel great when it is over. The coaches are very motivating and are very helpful. It's my favorite workout and it makes me stronger, healthier, feeling younger and more alive.
Tough workout but adjustable to your own level too.

Great staff and coaches. By far my favorite studio. Haley is a great manager. Tory, Dan, and Brian, and Justine are great coaches. Also, Haley should coach more often.
I like the structure and going between the different exercises with the trainer there to assist when needed.
