I love OTF workouts because they are always different, fun, and a combination of strength and cardio. I love sprinting during the all outs. I love working specific muscle groups on the floor. Rowing is also always fun and challenging. The coaches are positive and knowledgable.

Fun classes are challenging, instead of the same old boring workouts i have been doing over the years. Looking forward to lots more fun workouts!
