What I love most about OTF is that it takes the guesswork out of working out for me. I know the workouts are designed by professionals, and the coaches have the expertise to take you through them safely, all while motivating you to do your best AND have fun at the same time. It never feels like a chore, it feels like a challenge.

I have been going to OTF for their 5 am classes for about seven years now and I am still just as hooked as I was on the first day. I’ve found that attending at least three days a week not only makes me feel great, but I have a strong network of workout buddies that are now my friends. The coaches are amazing- love everything about my happy place!

The training staff is incredible. Meghan Bradbury and her team do a great job making everyone feel welcomed and comfortable throughout the workout no matter where you are in your fitness level.

I love how each workout is different everyday. I love the coaches and front staff, everyone is super friendly and I love when Kristin shouts at me during “all outs.” It’s the best and most motivating. I wouldn’t push myself out of my confront zone if I was working out by myself at home.
It’s effective and you can do it at your own fitness level . The instructors are knowledgeable and care about the fitness, training, and environment!!

I want to start this feedback saying that OTF Exton is a reference in terms of workout options.
The way that the OTF schedule is organized allow all participants to choose the best time and way to do the workout.
Staff is very well trained and prepared. Classes are dynamic, powerful and with a lot of good energy the environment is amazing.
OTF app is easy to use and help to manage my workout time and agenda.

That it is different every day
We get in and out in an hour with little down time. No one is standing around talking. There is always good variety so the workouts don't get stale. The music is good. The coaches are great! Front staff is friendly and great! I like the darker lighting as well in the studio. I really like when we do body weight exercises on the floor or bosu.
