I like how regimented and organized it is. I find it enjoyable to go work out again.
I love that I don't have to think about it! The best part is having an instructor motivating me and telling me what to do---it really takes a lot of the work out of the workout.
Quick pace keeps you engaged in the work out not wishing it to be over. The direction of the instructor makes it easy to keep up as a newbie.

It makes me feel like I have a personal trainer with a team of awesome individuals encouraging me to meet my goals. When I arrive I am greeted by individuals who are happy to be at work. The energy is always high and each coach has their own personal encouragement method to get me started and keep me going strong to the end. I leave every class with a since of accomplishment towards my fitness goal.

I signed up for a free OT session with my daughter. I did not have any idea what Orange Theory even was. I left that class covered in sweat and exhausted, but proud of what I had accomplished in an hour. I continued to go back weekly even though I was scared every time I went, wondering if I could complete the workout. I have continued to improve and I am very proud of my progress. I know this sounds silly, but I can now do a push up. YUP! One push up. I am 54 years old and I have never been able to do a push up until now. OT made me realize I am physically capable of a lot more than I ever thought I could do - and I'm a life coach, sop that's saying a lot!
Sprints and incorporating treadmill rower and floor exercises. Never gets boring.
I absolutely love Orangetheory because it challenges me every single class. There’s such a variety in each session, that your strength and endurance are put to the test each class.
It’s a group session, but the OTF trainers are able to assist individuals meet goals & improve performance to get the most out of each workout. I love hanging out with Rob and Ty for an hour a couple times a week. They’re great coaches, attentive and knowledgeable, as are all the OTF Team.
Because it’s a group session, there’s a friendly competition and community between the membership and staff. We get to know each as we meet before, during and after our sessions. As we work, we strive to improve together. OTF incorporates partner workouts and benchmark performances to build camaraderie and track performance.
I use Orangetheory a couple times a week as a catalyst for my workout regimen. I am able to push myself in each studio session, which pushes me in my additional runs and rides throughout the week.
I’ve been with OTF for 2 years now, and I love it now as much as I did when I started. I ALWAYS look forward to my sessions each week. It’s the last gym I’ll ever join. It’s my PERFECT workout.

The coach was fantastic. However it was really hot on the weight floor.
Everyone is very kind and not judgemental. They really push you in ways that help and not hurt. I don't dread the gym as much as I used to because the coaches make it great!
It is a whole body, aerobic, strength, fast paced workout. No time to think about about anything other than the present. Perfect for mind and body.
