I appreciate the constant movement of the workout that's mainly driven by the coaches at OTF West Chester. The movements are challenging and different each time you step in the studio. If you're tired of a typical mundane workout over at your local gym, then Orange Theory might be the change you're looking for.

The front desk is fun and cheerful from the time you walk in to when you leave and the coaches are amazing at giving you motivation and pushing you to new heights! OTF is the best workout I've ever had!

The coaches ALWAYS motivate you in a way that works for you. Even though it’s a group workout, they still make the effort to cater to your needs whether it’s modifying an exercise or giving you a little boost of encouragement.
The coaches provide excellent support and motivation. Workouts change everyday and there are always modifications to allow everyone to participate regardless of current fitness level.
The coaches are great at providing motivation. The workouts are structured and keep me moving for the entire hour!
I love the different daily workouts. Esp the treadmill and floor work.. not so much the rower bc I can’t get my heart rate up high enough to get any splats.

I don't have much time during the day for workout and I like high intensity workouts. Orangetheory answers my both needs perfectly. I go there for one hour by knowing that I will do my daily exercise in this hour and I don't need to worry about it rest of the day..

They are intense and effective workouts that burn a lot of calories. The coaches help to keep you motivated through the whole workout and keep pushing.

Every day is a different workout, a chance for me to push myself just a bit more! I love that I can get a full work out...weights, cardio, stretching...in one hour and burn calories for 36 hours!! Love everything about OTF!!
