What do you like about our workout?

Everything!!! From the warm welcome from Reahna at 5am, to the motivating, energetic coaches, the great playlists, and the surprise workout waiting for me!! Every day is a different workout, a chance for me to push myself just a bit more! I love that I can get a full work out...weights, cardio, stretching...in one hour and burn calories for 36 hours!! Love everything about OTF!!

What do you like about our workout?

My first workout was EXACTLY what I needed and was looking for to get out of my physical activity slump. It provided cardio, endurance, and strength training forcing you to focus. I am looking forward to my next workout.

What do you like about our workout?

I appreciate the variety. The workouts target different levels of high intensity cardio as well as low rep to high rep weight training/body movements for high calorie burn.

What do you like about our workout?

Orangetheory is my "Happy Place." Each and every staff member, trainer, manager, etc. at Newtown brings something positive to my workout experience. I have attended over 1000 Orangetheory classes and I have no intention of stopping. Give it a try! You'll love the workouts.

What do you like about our workout?

I appreciate the constant movement of the workout that's mainly driven by the coaches at OTF West Chester. The movements are challenging and different each time you step in the studio. If you're tired of a typical mundane workout over at your local gym, then Orange Theory might be the change you're looking for.

The front desk is fun and cheerful from the time you walk in to when you leave and the coaches are amazing at giving you motivation and pushing you to new heights! OTF is the best workout I've ever had!

The coaches ALWAYS motivate you in a way that works for you. Even though it’s a group workout, they still make the effort to cater to your needs whether it’s modifying an exercise or giving you a little boost of encouragement.

The coaches provide excellent support and motivation. Workouts change everyday and there are always modifications to allow everyone to participate regardless of current fitness level.

I love the different daily workouts. Esp the treadmill and floor work.. not so much the rower bc I can’t get my heart rate up high enough to get any splats.

What do you like about our workout?

I don't have much time during the day for workout and I like high intensity workouts. Orangetheory answers my both needs perfectly. I go there for one hour by knowing that I will do my daily exercise in this hour and I don't need to worry about it rest of the day..
