Great workout, friendly staff, motivating and awesome coaches!
I love Orange Theory Fitness! The workout is adaptable and flexible to suit physical limitations, different fitness levels, and injuries. Most of the hour-long classes are broken into two halves – you spend half the time on a treadmill and half the time on weights (with a rowing machine mixed in). The workout is based on heart rate zones and you use an OTBeat heart rate monitor to track your effort. Heart rate zones are based on the relative percentage of your maximum heart rate. The workout is designed to not only burn a lot of calories during the workout—said to be around 500 or more per hour-long workout—but also boost metabolic rate post-workout.

I love the fast-paced change every day. The trainers are supportive and help you do your exercises correctly so you don't get hurt. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the gym. There is such a build-up of dust and grime on the TVs by the treadmills and on top, the water tanks on the rowers are full of pollen from the door being opened. Overall the room could benefit from a deep clean. A few people said that especially when the air conditioner broke.
I love that it’s never the same when I walk into class, so I never get bored. I stay committed to my progress, I love the music, the lights, the entire ambiance. And most of all, it’s effective. I’m never in better shape than I am when I’m committed to going to my classes.
Workouts are challenging. Coaches are encouraging and offer options if you have any restrictions.

I have only been twice. I am not as physically fit as some. I never felt pressure to “perform “ at a certain level. I was encouraged for my hard work.
The coaches and the community of people really make this gym one of the best gyms to go to. The workouts themselves are challenging but the coaches are happy to help you with your form or help modify the workout for you to still get the most from it. I can’t imagine going anywhere else.

I’ve been going for a couple of years now and I love it! The head coach, Myranda is one of the best and always takes time to show correct form and also push me to lift heavier. Everyone at the studio is great and I recommend OTF to anyone who wants a life style change!
