I like that the coaches push and motivate me through the workout. I never ran before in my life before I started Orange Theory. I started as power walker and now I am a jogger. I did not know what my body was capable of until Orange Theory. It is my favorite workout I have ever tried and that is why I have stuck with it!

I love the classes & instructors. For older people like me😉, the tempo, instruction and lingo with the cardio & strength classes going on, is a bit fast and confusing. It’s getting better, as they said it would when I joined, and it’s a good, fun workout.
Every class is different so you never get bored! They are challenging but there’s always options along the way and the coaches are very helpful and motivate you to push yourself.
Definitely pushes me a little bit more out of my comfort zone which is a good thing

Friendly staff at the studio. I like the playlists the instructors use (mashups that continuously play music and not personal playlists that have pauses, etc). Studio is clean. Other members are friendly.
Workouts are never the same and the coaches are great motivators.

The coaches are amazing, energetic and real motivators. The front desk staff, manager and members are so nice. The members are all different age groups. I love how the workout is different every day.

I like the structure. Coaches are very good about watching your form to get the most out of the exercise and prevent injury. They are good about recommending alternatives when the exercise isn't working for your body. I quit in the post Covid time frame when we needed to wear masks. I could not handle exercising and wearing a mask. I then turned to Peloton which did work for me for awhile. But recently, I needed an accountability partner. I decided to come back to OrangeTheory. After only two workouts, I realized how much I missed it OTF.
Fun and efficient! OT gets the job done in an upbeat fun and friendly atmosphere.
It can be adapted after a minor injury on the bike or strider so that work outs can continue.
