All the coaches at Devon are clear, encouraging, and kind yet firm. Keri is fantastic. I go to the Gwynedd, Paoli, Blue Bell, and Devon studios. The Devon layout is the best of them with the treads, rower and floor in a line front to back instead of side-to-side. Also the lockers have self-locks and some of them are quite large for when I have a lot of stuff. (Blue Bell lockers are too small for my bag). Paoli has aerosol deodorant, which is a nice plus, but that's easily addressable if Devon wanted to. And the location next to Whole Foods means I can go to a class, and get dinner at my fav grocery store in one stop.

Stephanie at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. It was my first time at an orange theory and I was a bit nervous. She went over everything with me and took time to answer all my questions.
Danielle the trainer was great, often checking in on me to make sure I was ok, and giving me a nice warm welcome to the program.
Awesome, tough workout with a nice variety of different exercises to keep us engaged. Kyle was great giving me the rundown on how everything worked, Danny got me set with how to use the various machines, and was encouraging throughout my first workout. Left with a monthly plan, look forward to adding this in with the spinning/boxing we already do each week. Sore today, but a good sore. Thanks
I love how these workouts push you to try things you wouldn’t do on your own! Also, the coaches are amazing - so helpful, energetic, and friendly. The staff behind the desk always goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best workout possible and it’s great getting to know the other members!
It stays interesting, and can be done at any level. I also love the coaches, it's like having a personal trainer!

Comfortable, fun environment
I love the constant variety, and the coaches are GREAT!
Before starting at OTF over a year ago, I had been slowly recovering from an injury that I thought would prevent me from running ever again. OTF has the right combination of exercise to keep my body strong in a balanced way and enough cardio (which I love!) to challenge me. I also like that workouts change all the time, and that they also engage my mind by making me strategize on how to best structure my effort so as to not burnout early in class.
A great all around workout that takes my breath away every time
I love the workouts. They are different every time and I have made some fun friends. I have to say one thing about the studio. The staff of great but the studio is dirty. I come early in the morning and have never seen or met the manager. The studio needs a really good, deep cleaning. I’m not the only person who feels this way.
It was a great workout. I like that whether you are a beginner or established fitness lover, there is room for you in every class. No intimidating feeling whatsoever.
A few things that I've been noticing...
I'd love it if the coaches would put their dang phones down and pay attention to the members. Pick a playlist and let it play. I see so many folks who need corrections, and the coaches just don't notice. Amanda is the only one who isn't constantly looking at her phone, and I can feel the difference.
Can we take a break from the negative reinforcement? Please stop telling me "I know you're tired. I know it hurts." Yes, I'm tired, uncomfortable, whatever... I don't need anyone reminding me from the sidelines. Focus on how good we're doing, how strong we are, how hard we're working.
When the treadmills are so close that the arm of one touches the arm of the next one, I feel unsafe. When I lose my balance, they are the first thing I reach for, and if I can't wrap my hands around them, I feel like I am going to fall. I remember y'all used to space them out using little wire desk racks or something. Can we start doing that again?
I like how it’s always different, you never do the same work out. Always challenging and pushes me.
I work harder than I would on my own and I see improvements in my endurance.
Orangetheory Fitness changed my perspective on fitness completely- if it weren’t so expensive I would still be enrolled. I tell everyone to try it though, that way they can fall in love too!

It’s different every day. I love the family atmosphere and the friends I have made. I love how the staff and coaches and members encourage one another. I love how 60 minutes later I come out feeling stronger, more energized and ready to tackle whatever the day has in store.
I am new to OT.....but what I’m liking is the constant physical 1 hour routine which is planned out for me and different every class. I have used row machines severallll times over the years but guess what, I wasn’t using them correctly. I love the heart rate monitors with the visual colors so I can learn to control my heart rate. I loveeeeeee having a “coach” in the room to help me and correct me when needed.

Coaches and staff are awesome! Great workouts and wonderful community/family of rock star people.
Every workout is different depending on day and instructor. Never get bored. Instructors truly help you and assist when needed.
