I love that every class is different (or it feels that way!) I love the mix of rowing, weights and body weight exercises, and jogging or walking. I love that I can adjust it to what works for me! The teachers are so positive and knowledgeable. I love knowing that I’m getting my heart rate really elevated for about 15-20 min of the class, because I’m focused on doing what I can to prevent dementia!

The workout is the perfect balance of strength and cardio paired with very motivational coaches and just the right amount of time that I can workout on my way into the office ! I’ve been a member 4 years and I’m never leaving!
My original review still holds true. I truly believe this is the best OTF studio in the area. The facility itself is clean and well maintained which extends to the equipment. Any issue is typically quickly rectified. The coaches themselves are pretty aces. I think they’re all pretty knowledgeable regarding physical fitness, body mechanics, etc. They’re all slightly different in their coaching styles but overall they complement each other well. Lastly, which is strictly anecdotal, but I think the biggest advantage regarding coaching is their originality. Never have I felt as though they’re repeating or regurgitating the same mantra as though they’re reading from some script. It always seems off the cuff and authentic in their attempt to motivate.
I’ve only been to one class so far so I’m not sure how I’ll feel in the future but the instructor was very intuitive, I felt like I got a great workout and kept me on my toes, never got boring. I loved the upbeat music!

Trainers have high energy and the greatest attitudes. I appreciate they help me with my form on the weight floor!
How much is packed into an hour
I love the fact that they're hard to cancel, so I can't wimp out on a day when I don't feel like it. The only thing is that I got injured, once, and I worry about overexerting myself when trying to get into the orange zone.
Love the class! Worked out with Jerri in the 5am class and it was a great start to my day! Great energy in the room, great guidance from Jerri and seeing everyone in there gives you a nice push to go ALL OUT! Don't walk... RUN to a class.
I love being a member of the OTF Springfield community! The front desk staff makes you feel welcome from the second you walk in the door until you leave the studio after class. The staff takes the time to learn your name and get to know you; I love chatting with them before class starts. The coaches are excellent. They are knowledgeable and encourage you to establish and reach your fitness goals. OTF Springfield has a fun atmosphere, the music is always upbeat, and the coaches cheer you on as you achieve your goals. Highly recommend!
The coaches are amazing. They take a personal interest in helping you and your fitness! The templates are great and provide a great work out! The facility is clean! I am always greeted by a friendly staff member!! I love OTF

The best part are the coaches. Sometimes the templates are repetitive but the Coaches at Collegeville always seem to make it fun.
