I really like the instructor led workout, as someone who has no idea what to do at a traditional gym, I really enjoyed from the fact that the workout is already planned. I just have to follow the instructor and I can work at my own pace.
I love the intensity and the consistency of the workout. I also love how many times the classes are offered throughout the day so that it is always possible to get one. Finally, the northern liberties studio has the absolutely most wonderful people working at it. From the coaches to the front desk staff, everyone is kind and professional and goes above and beyond to make the experience great.
OTF Springfield is my happy place. The workouts are great, but the community we have built is awesome! The members and the coaching staff are always so supportive, encouraging, and ready to work!
I love that the variety is built in to the classes, you are not doing the same thing everyday. You are able to see your progress. Coaches offer encouragement and advice, you are not left on your own. They give you the tools and information for you to choose to make changes.
It feels like it goes by quickly but is overall very enjoyable.

I like the variety of workouts, each class is different. The coaching staff are great motivation along with the proper way to execute on the floor.
The coaches are all friendly. The class is great because it’s you against yourself. It’s not overly competitive like CrossFit can be. The people seem nice and the equipment is clean.
We took two classes while in Pennsylvania for the holidays. Both coaches, Julie and James, had a different style, but were excellent with perfect timing and pacing of the classes, while not being overly "in your face." We'll come back if we find ourselves in PA again.
I like being competitive with myself and those around me.
Love how it varies
It's a good variation of different workouts. It's not just one area that gets focused on. And it's never the same workout.

Orangetheory is the only exercise that I have gotten results from. In the past, I had a hard time staying consistent with working out and would get discouraged when I didn't see results right away. With Orangetheory, I am able to see my results during and after every class. The coaches are great! They keep you engaged and help to make sure you get the most effective workout. You can tell the coaches really care and want everyone to succeed! The coaches, the workouts, and the real-time results are why I keep coming back!

For me it's the 3G - cycling through 3 different stations keeps things fresh and limits boredom. I avoid all 2G classes for this reason. Also, if it's going to be 2G it should be rower and treadmill. Not treadmill and floor.

Different workouts daily, you feel great afterward, friendly coaches and staff, love the live data from your heart monitor, and that you can see your personal results in the app after class
