What do you like about our workout?

The variety. I struggle to get my heart rate up because I have a low resting HR so these workouts are challenging me to try different approaches. I love the push on the treadmills as well as the variety on the floor/weights/towers/trx. I leave feeling awesome and can tell my metabolism is revved up because I want to eat ALL day!

What do you like about our workout?

It is challenging and intense but you can work at your level. It has increased my endurance quite a bit!

What do you like about our workout?

I'm currently battling an injury - instructors are thoughtful and knowledgeable about providing modifications to exercises. I love that I can work out at my own pace, and not feel like I have to compete with the people around me. Even though I have an injury and have to take a more cautious approach, I still get an amazing workout.

I just had my first class and I'm hooked !!
The instructor was Buddy and he did a fast paced 2 min interval rotation.
It was perfect for me and kept me interested and engaged.
I love working out in a group setting because I feel inspired and a sense of accountability

I like that it's challenging and different every time. It's great that there are so many classes offered. I also like being able to track calories burned and splat points. It seems like the classes are incorporating more core work as well which I am happy with as well.

I love the intensity and different fitness levels. I feel excepted even though I'm not a runner. The trainers are great and owners are so helpful and caring.

What do you like about our workout?

I decided to make a commitment to myself to work toward being more healthy and fit. The location of the Fort Collins Orange Theory is convenient, just a few miles from work and home. Convenience is important to me.

I find that I very much like the structure of the OT interval work out and the upbeat positive energy the coaches provide. The owners, coaches and staff reflect their commitment to members, wanting to get to know us, creating a fun infused atmosphere, and by providing top notch customer service which contributes to a great member experience. I feel energized after my workout which will help me sustain my personal commitment to myself toward my goal of achieving s higher level of fitness.
