Best workout in an hour!
Amazing workout and coaches
The variety and rotations are what keep me paying. I get a full body workout with cardio and can modify if needed or work on specific goals.
It is varied and can be somewhat self paced
I like that it is always something different. The coaches are so encouraging. The class structure really works for me and I also love the metrics that are associated with the heart rate monitor
I like the variety between the stations, most of the coaches, the studio is always clean, and the front desk staff is wonderful!

Love the workout, coaches and music
It's fun and challenging, but still doable based on my current level of fitness. I like being able to workout next to people on a much higher plane of fitness than me and not feel inferior.
The coaches and staff. Clean facility. Great energy. Great workout.
The music, the statistics (tracking your heart rate, points, zones, mileage, etc), the screen on the weight floor with the demonstrations of the exercises and rep numbers in case you forget, and most importantly the nice encouraging people! :) Also love variety class times and types. I really liked how on my first day they had me come 30 minutes early to learn about the theory and all the equipment too! Made me feel so much more comfortable.
Calorie burn total, EPOC, loud music so don’t hear me huffing/puffing or grunting, energy level of Coach and other participants.
Variety in the workouts, and the positive intensity of the instructors.

The intensity and the variety of the work outs.
The mix and intensity. Even if it’s the same 3 stations every day the workout changes. And the coaches all do a great job of knowing everyone’s name and encouraging them. It adds a personal touch to the workout that makes it more welcoming and encouraging and motivating.
Great space, great staff and Caroline is a great instructor!
I highly recommend this OT. The staff are very amiable and provide a respectful and good atmosphere for me and everyone that attends; they are very encouraging and always striving to push you in every class; the encouragement and friendliness of everyone allows you that extra oomph needed to get you doing a little more. I want to thank the staff I see daily, Dana, for being a good coach and leader in OT, always friendly and pushing you to your limits; Willie's encouragement and very friendly energy. Gaberial and Clara for being very polite, helpful, and friendly every time I attend class.
The only thing I would have to say is I wish there were a bit more variety in music choices; I know that may be tough sometimes, but having a different vibe and music with more energy during times of toughness helps me get away from the pain I am enduring and try to enjoy the workout that much more 😊.
Overall amazing OT; I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants something different from their daily exercises and enjoys the OT community.
I have been to other OT studios, but Heidi is the best coach all around! She brings great energy to her classes and to the Belmar studio. Everyone from the front office to the coaches are great and the welcoming atmosphere keeps me going!
The coaches are wonderful…they offer advice but never make me feel bad for not having great form. It’s a great workout…treads, rowers, floor..couldn’t ask for anything better!
It pushes me to work hard
