I really enjoy having a workout that encompasses cardio and strength training and that the templates vary each day. The workouts FLY by and I definitely burn calories while rocking out to some amazing playlists the Coaches put together. Such an upbeat, supportive and fun atmosphere! It says a lot that I happily hop out of bed at 430am to head to Orangetheory to begin my day.
A great studio with amazing coaches. I have only been coming here a few weeks but Alex and Lexi are really good! Plus their music playlist are amazing
Friendly and personable staff
The variety of workouts and selection of music. The instructors are great and I really love when they personally call on you to do better. This only makes me want to do better. Thanks to Corrine and Laurel for doing this. It makes the workout so much more personal.
Consistent and well-instructed conditioning with energetic atmosphere, friendly staff, and knowledgeable coaches. I just show up and I'm guaranteed to get a great workout every time. Been going for almost 2 years and it's the cornerstone of my conditioning fitness program and a bang for the buck compared to other similar options.

I like that it is defined and part of a group. With larger groups you might not get personal attention, but the best part is still the fact that you get cardio and weightlifting as part of everyday exercise. For me personally I like it, because I get full body exercise and I am motivated
