Great coaches. It is always challenging and gives me what I need both physically and mentally. You compete with yourself and it is also the only thing that can hold you back.

I enjoy that all of the workouts are different except for the few repeats/specialty workouts. I enjoy that any level of fitness can do the workout. The coaches are motivating and continue to push you to be stronger. Our studio has an amazing family feel- the members are so welcoming and it is a great community.

Always have a different workout each day of the week. The ability to measure your efforts and see continual growth. Working out with likeminded people that all attend OT to get stronger and lead a healthy lifestyle.

Coaches are great, room has nice external light and windows, workout is efficient and always starts and ends on time!
I love the Coaches, the workouts, the cleanliness of the gym, and the energy. Just kind of wish the coaches played better workout music. Kinda tired of 80's rock. Can we get some 90's hip hop or something? LOL Music type would really get some of the younger folks even more pumped! Other than that, best gym ever!!!
I love Orange Theory! The coaches are great, the people are nice, and I always leave knowing I had one of the best workouts.
I love OTF Baker! As someone who has done workouts at other OTF studios, there is no other place that offers the highest quality coaches and top-notch atmosphere like the Baker studio does. The coaches truly care about the members and treat us like family. They care to know about our lives and build friendships that carry on outside of the one hour workout. I am so thankful that I live close to the Baker studio, otherwise, I'm not sure if I would still be a member without Coach Lauren, Coach Hannah, Coach MLynn, Coach Willie, and Coach Pam leading the workouts. Thank you OTF Baker!
I love the trainers. And Zoe is doing a great job. The new class structures are tough but good. Me and my friends love going. I did really love transformation. kept me motivated and showing up.

I love that I can customize to my fitness level but am in a room where I am also pushed to do better. There is usually some type of challenge happening that motivates me to get a little better each time. When I started I didn't tell many of my friends what I was doing and they noticed in a short time that something was changing. AND the people are lots of fun. Coaches are amazing. So glad I finally decided to give this a try and that I have stuck with it.
Like the intensity of workout. Appreciate the coaches and their input,as well as adaptations for differently abled bodies.
