It’s quick, always different and fun!
Every day is something different and it’s always a challenge. The coaches are amazing. They support and truly care about each person.
First, I love the coaches (Nik, Corey, Hayley, Jackie and Mark) They are all amazing.
I also love that the workouts always change and I never get bored. I love that I’m always pushing myself and the results depend on what you put in every class but with the support of the coaches.
Finally, the rest of the staff is great.
I get a great all body work out! I work out harder in a group than I would just by myself. I love how fun and friend the staff is at this OrangeTheory! They make working out fun!
The classes are always challenging, though you can ramp them up or down depending on how you're feeling. The benchmark challenges let you see your process over the long term, and the heart rate monitor motivates you in real time. It is the only exercise routine that I have consistently stuck with and love that I am still seeing progress and improvement one year in.
Highly energetic and great variety of exercises
I enjoy interacting with the studio members and coaches, and the overall vibe. I am at OTF to externalize my motivation and planning, and the workouts generally score high on both requirements. I am also fond of getting lots of treadmill work in during the winter with no risk of slipping on ice. Finally - the time slot is very important to me. 5AM-6AM during the work week is one of very few times where I can (mostly) not be interrupted by my employer or my child.

I like the variety. Wish if you didn't use you 8 monthly classes you could roll over them. Need to replace bike seats when they crack. They cause rubbing on inside leg. Thankful James swapped when out yesterday from the 3rd bike not being used. Would like an option from trainer how to get heart rate up doing cardio on the bike. Everything always clean, staff always friendly!

I love being a part of the Orangetheory family. I feel welcomed and comfortable while at the studio. I love that the trainers learn your name and your quirks. Trainers are personally on your Facebook so we can stay in touch with friends and families.
Classes really help me to stay emotionally balanced and healthy. Coaches always motivate and push us to perform better than yesterday.

I love that the workouts challenge you every.single.time! They do not get easier, they are always fun and different. The coaches at OTF are my favorite, they know me, they push me and they notice when I am not there. This is the only place that got me to love working out!

The challenging workouts are always customizable and the coaches are encouraging and motivating. I love the variety of workouts engaging all muscles. Our community of younger and older at our studio is really special.
It is one hour. I can go at 5am before day starts. Great workout that I could do when I first started attending but is still challenging even as I have improved my fitness. I don’t have to construct my own workouts (unlike an open gym.) Includes both cardio and strength training as well as functional exercises. Great coaches and playlists (Aliza, Jayla, and Lauren are my favorites.) I love numbers so all the stats from my workouts are great and help me track improvement towards goals. Overall, I’m a healthier person (physically and mentally) for making OTF part of my routine.

I like the cardio/weights balance. I also love the variety of the workouts so it's not the same thing every week. I think the coaches are all really great. Zoe took over as a studio manager and at first, it was sad to see Natasha go as I had just started with OT. She's very different from Natasha but after several weeks, it's become clear that she's equally wonderful in her way. I love Zoe's classes!
