Coaches are great! Classes are made up people of different age and skill level but every workout is tailored to your level. You feel accomplish after an hour!

It was challenging and I like that by having a schedule time with a group that it keeps me accountable to come as well as seeing the screen display everyone's score too.

It is amazingly addictive, the instructors are excellent and know you by name from the very first lesson. After 10 days I am noticing a difference in physique, stress levels and fitness.

I have the opportunity to work super hard or to take it easier, if I need. I also love that I can see my heart rate, which gives me motivation to pump up the effort!

What do you like about our workout?

I like that it challenges me to do something I usually don't like (running) but keeps it in intervals and helps me get better at it. I also like that it's a programmed workout so I know if I'm going consistently I'm getting a comprehensive full body workout every week- no guess work needed!

I absolutely love the workouts at Orange Theory. Even though I'm injured, then have totally tailored my workouts for me. Sarah has been amazing!

I loved the two workouts I did but I'm sad to say it is not the best type of workout for me at this time :-(
