Doable, fun effective
I love how intense the workouts are. I've also discovered that I am very motivated by numbers, i.e. how many splat points can I get. I like the variety of the floor exercises and the fact that I get both cardio and weights.
It feels like personal training with out the high price.
The staff, Lauren, Rachelle, Heidi, are always fantastic. Couple that with encouragement from Heidi with heavier weights and you have a winning combination. Add in the new management and you have made Belmar my home again, thank you!
