Love OTF but wish that the coach churn would settle down. I also prefer the classes where we change stations more frequently.
Upbeat, motivating and you really feel the workout
What's not to like? It's intense but super motivating! The trainer are all wonderful and really push you to do your best. The best part for me is going and not having to think about which work out to do next. That part is all done for you. Best one hour workout ever!

OTF is an incredible all around cardio workout that changes each day so you never get bored.

I don't know that this is possible but it would be nice if there were more room in the locker rooms. Not much space to get ready - only 2 women can really use a blow dryer and mirrors at the same time.
The interval training, the use of my heart rate so I know when to work harder, the coaches. I have done orange theory workouts all over Canada and the us - Stetson Hills has the very best coaches, hands down.
I love a lot of things; but the most notable happened last Monday. Life got away from me and I missed a couple weeks of going to my favorite studio; when I was able to schedule my classes and get back in, I walked in on Monday morning and received the most welcoming, heartfelt, genuine welcome back! It was amazing!! I love my studio :)
That no matter who you are, it can be scaled to your skill level and you all get an amazing workout!

I love the clean fun atmosphere. The trainers are all so friendly and motivating. The workouts are fun, great music.
Intensity and how good I feel after is great but I Especially love how each workout is different even though we’re doing some of the same things. I never thought I would consider myself a runner I’m still mostly a jogger but I’m nearly a runner. I actually struggled more with the floor workouts than I do with the running. So that is something for me to focus on. The endurance training is what gets my heart rate in the orange so I love that as well
