Constant movement and high intensity
The workouts are fast, effective and fun. The stats on the OTF screen and the coaches are very motivating. I also love the variety of the workouts and the music.
What I don't like is having to wait outside the exercise room until the coach comes out. I think that being able to warm up on the machines for five to ten minutes prior to the class made more sense and provided a safer exercise environment. The other piece that I was very disappointed about is seeing my monthly payment increase by $10 after a two month hold with a doctor's note. Being charged an additional $120 a year because I suffered an injury is not fair and not a nice way to treat customers.
It is never boring. All the couches are very helpful. I love being able to track your heart on the screen.

It's never the same boring exercise. The energy of the Coaches. And never feeling self conscience about walking in.
It was as expected hard but was able to go my pace. There was someone always close to by to help if needed. This was my first try and I am very excited to make a routine of it in March in Thornton.
Staff are welcoming and greet me by name when I walk in. Like coach Tamera and Chelsea. Clean. Plenty of bathrooms/showers/lockers which makes coming over my lunch hour feasible. Starts and endanger on time. Good music and always a challenging workout! Just a little disappointed that Tues/Thurs lunch hour options are gone since I can only come during my lunch hour. Otherwise very satisfied.
Coaches, work out variety, music, times/flexibility of classes.
The things I like best about this workout is the variety. The workouts are always changing and focusing on different elements and muscle groups. I really love the instructors who are always there to coach you into proper lifting positions and just chock full of high energy positivity.

I like that the workouts are different every day. I like the coaches, they seem to care about every person in the class.
The only thing I am sad about is that you are cancelling the two classes that I attend most and turning them into one class. I understand that you need to do this for consolidation because they are not well attended but for me personally it is a drag.
I really enjoyed the structure of the class. I have never been good at just going to the gym and getting an effective workout. Having a good workout already planned and a trainer to help coach me through it is by far my favorite part so far.

The staff at Orange Theory really went out of their way to make me feel welcome during my first workout. The coach checked in on me several times throughout the workout to make sure I was doing good. I've loved everything about Orange Theory so far!
I love that it’s always different. You never know what to expect and that makes it fun and exciting.

I liked that I could go at my own pace but also be pushed. I liked that the instructor saw I was struggling and changed my grip so I could actually finish the set! I really enjoyed it!
Pushes me harder than I would push myself and like seeing my heart rate against myslef and others too. Good all round body workout that leaves me feeling strong ans accomplished
Heidi was a great coach, and being that it was my first class, she did an amazing job with checking up on how I was doing and motivating at all times. Loved that this was all about pushing me and not so much about competing with others Heidi made sure to remind me of that.
That it is all planned out for me, so I just need to show up!
There's multiple stations so you're not stuck on one machine the entire time. You also have an instructor talking you through each part of the workout which is super helpful if you typically don't know what you're doing in the gym. I also like that you can track what "zone" your heartrate is in and you can track the stats to see how long you continue to burn calories.
