I like the combination of cardio and strength training. I like that I don’t have to plan my own workouts and there are coaches helping me accomplish my goals.
The workouts are challenging and the coaches are amazing.
The coaches know your name, encourage you to do your personal best-not based on others or their own agenda. I do love the varied workouts since they hit everything vs only cardio or weights. Grayson is doing a great job taking the lead recently!

I need strength building
It’s never boring or repetitive. Every workout I can make choices that work for me in the moment instead of feeling like I have to for e myself to do what everyone else is doing. Focusing on heart rate is a healthier mentality than constantly weighing myself.
That I don't have to think about what's next. Focus on the exercise/program given and give it my all.

I drank the orange koolaid and I haven’t regretted it! The coaches at orange theory are so motivating and genuinely care about their members. The workouts are always challenging and make me feel so strong. And I love seeing other members pushing themselves to be their best versions.
They are guided and they offer both cardio and lifting in one.
