Great trainer. Good mix up of workouts
I like that it is a full body workout and that there are multiple workouts to do at least every 10 min. I also like the instructors at Table Mesa. The instructors are always very encouraging

I brought my daughter to try an OTF workout again after suffering a brain tumor and stroke at age 16. Macy was very nervous to work out at OTF because she hadn't been since her brain surgery & complications 2 years ago. Coach Andy was so kind, patient and helpful throughout the entire workout. He gave her alternate exercises as needed and continued to check-in with her throughout the class. He is such a great coach! Thank you!!!!

Great staff, I love the coaches! Chantelle is amazing, Amber has fun tough workouts, Quinton rocks! I love his energy and how he conducts the class. I enjoy the new daytime parking and I just love the whole energy of the studio!
I love that I can stumble in super early in the morning and not stand around trying to figure out what I should do for the day to get my workout in. I am part way through the workout before I'm fully awake, I think! I get to just go, and focus on getting my heartrate up and getting those splat points without trying to figure out exactly what exercises to do. Love the music selection too!
The mental health benefits of Orangetheory are as impactful as the physical. Taking an hour to better yourself is more than just getting splats. It’s a way to step away from everyday stress, mental fatigue and the typical daily grind to just “do you.” All you have to do is show up. That’s it. And that’s huge. The amazing Thornton coaches, staff, & dedicated community make it all that much easier.
Great atmosphere and teachers. welcoming place. only think I didn't like was that we cant warm up 5 minutes before class and I feel like it would be nice to have that time.
I like the coaches, especially Jackie, she's the coolest. Also, I like that I don't have to think about what to do when I get to the gym; I know it will be a full-body cardio workout that hits all the muscle groups. All I have to do is focus on giving it my all and not puking.
