Motivational coaches and variety. Love the transformation challenges! Not a fan of the cards with numbers for where we start the class. Can't always work out next to friends.

The coaches and the dedication to motivate us. Many of them have the perfect music to energize you.
Everything about Orangetheory is extremely convenient.
The 6:30am weekday option is perfect for me.
Pre-registering for classes means I never have to get to class early to wait in line.
Small classes, so you see many of the same people - plus Trainers know our names.
Mitchell has the best personality and playlist!

It’s different every time
The workouts are challenging and push me out of my comfort zone - something I wouldn’t do on my own! The coaches are always very helpful and motivating. I love it!
Every excerise comes with a modification. With my lower back pain and my hip joints. And that is a great thing. And it is definitely the best 1 hour work out.

- the workout is different every time but consistent in format so I don't feel overwhelmed or lost
- the coaches are supportive and push me to do my best without yelling, insulting, or assuming I'm not trying
- the staff are so friendly
- new people feel welcome
- I can always ask for help
- I can pretty much take classes anywhere, any time
- the emphasis is on looking in the mirror and feeling strong (instead of skinny)
