The staff are friendly and helpful, the coaches are great in how they push you to challenge yourself all while being sure you're doing moves correctly to not hurt hurt yourself.
The community of people that show up, work hard and play hard for fun or a great cause, are like no other around. I'm thankful to be a part of this community and call the staff, coaches and members friends.
Fun and great energetic coaches!
Coaches and variety
I like that the workouts diiffer. I like moving stations for the variety. The coaches are great!
I started at OTF one year ago at the age of 61. I was nervous going to a new place where I didn’t know anyone and I hadn’t worked out at all due to the pandemic.
At my first class Coach Ashley was checking on me frequently and constantly encouraging me to do my best. I couldn’t keep up with the others but someone was always high fiving me and I was determined to stick it out for the month. Fast forward one year and I have lost weight, dropped two full sizes and I feel great! Just commit to one month and you’ll be hooked for life!
It’s not the same every day
The coaches, the positive environment, and getting a good workout in 1 hour.
Challenging, comprehensive, fulfilling.
It's amazing how different the workouts are each day. It's always challenging. Fits people of various fitness levels, since you move at your own pace.
I love the staff! From the moment I walk in the studio I feel like part of a team. The coaches are encouraging and take the time to cheer on the class. I am motivated to show up because I cannot anticipate what the workout will be--there are never two the same! Thank you, Orange Theory for getting me excited about being part of a fitness group.
Fun and motivational
I love the verity of the work outs. I also like the option of going to a 2G class versus a 3G class. As I was a beginner they gave me options if you weren’t able to do the full exercise which is amazing and you never felt judged
Workouts are tough but doable, positive environment, clean studio, coaches are great resources and always encouraging.
The intensity, it's adaptable to my level of fitness- I have bad knees. It goes by quickly and I find myself wanting to go again
I really the coaches and groups workout I really enjoy ❤️✌️🙏
I like the variety of exercises. The coaches are great and encouraging!
The workouts are challenging but doable for all fitness and age levels. The coaches are the best part as they encourage and support everyone who walks in the door.
Variety, immersive fun environment, challenging and scalable difficulty! It’s fun and flies by and suddenly an hour has passed and I got a great workout!
I love going to OTF in Burnsville. The staff and coaches are excellent, love their energy and encouragement. They were quick to want to learn my name too so after a week it felt like I'd been going for a few months already.
They are Coach lead class. There's a nice balance between carduo and weight training. Every class is a new and different challenge.
Matt is the best trainer with the best music!
Everything. Variety, challenge, camaraderie. Since I started I am definitely better, both in body and in spirit. The coaches are great!
the coaches, the program
Each one is different. They challenge me in new ways. The coaches know me, which allows them to push/challenge me and also celebrate my accomplishments. I also love the community and how supportive it is.
Great overall workout!
Fun, high-energy coaches who take the time to know each client who comes in.
I love the trainers - they really push you but not in a pushy way. They are very motivational. And the exercises are wonderful. I feel so good afterwards.
Guided. Accommodates injuries. Meet new friends. Helpful coach advise. Not competitive, anyone can do it; just do as much as you can do, no bullying. Great to do with spouse or friends and as individual too. Variety, body monitor helps teach you how to gauge activity outside classes.
Most of all (at 68) OTF keeps me young and able to do things I would not be able to without them. Like hiking in Alaska and fly ins that demand fitness to best enjoy.
I love the variety, every workout is different and continues to push me to do better every time.
I'm loving the experience of the everchanging HIIT workout routines, the enthusiastic coaches and front desk staff, and the accomplishment I am feeling as I see myself getting healthier.
