I love that each workout is unique and they're all designed to maximize your time in the gym. You get in - work hard - then get out! I used to create workouts for people while going to school for a kinesiology degree. If I had the time to keep doing that, I'll create OrangeTheory workouts.
It's 'classes' are also a nice blend of group and individual fitness. I never really feel like I'm going through the motions with the people around me. We all work at our own pace and our own level.
It’s a great all body workout that really challenges you. The workouts have great variety. The coaches are awesome - providing good guidance, positive energy, and push me through those barriers. Love the combo of treadmill, row, and floor exercises.

Apple Valley has some incredible trainers and staff. I truly appreciate how kind and helpful they are as I train. Particularly Ryan, Ben, Deb and Patrick. Sam does a great job running the front desk and making sure everything has everything they need.

Good variety of exercises, so each day's class format is different from the previous day. Attendees are encouraged to challenge themselves, but there is no pressure to compete against each other. That makes the classes work for people across a broad range of ages and abilities.

Every workout is different, the coaches are so engaging and supportive during every workout. The workouts are intense and the music is loud and keeps you pumped up to push it on those all outs! Just the best place to be you really feel like you are working out with your friends.

I love the variety and the energy in class.
If I show up three days a week I know I’ve hit every major muscle group and done my cardio. I like not having to plan my workouts and just following instructions ensures everything that needs to move and be strengthened has been addressed.
