I work harder, longer and with more variety than I ever would on my own. I've made progress with building strength and cardiovascular endurance beyond what I thought was possible! The icing on the cake is the team at Minnetonka - they have great energy, always make me feel like they genuinely want me there, and push me when I need it.

I like that it is efficient--we don't waste time chatting or taking excessive breaks. The transitions between activities are quick. There's a good selection of weights and good variety to the exercises.

I love the music, the coaches, the welcome I get every time I come to class, and I love the cation each workout! And I love having a treadmill as part of a group fitness program.
Each workout is different - no two the same! The hour long classes provide a challenge - working different muscle groups and keeping things interesting. So often with exercise you get stuck in a rut, but not with OTF. The music, the motivating coaches, your classmates, and the variety of workouts makes Orange Theory the best workout to keep you engaged, help you get physically fit, and keeps you wanting to come back for more!

I like that it is a different class every day. I love the music always something different. Whoever writes the plans for each class does a really good job. Roseville has really good coaches it always seems like they are happy to be there.
