Coaches!!! They motivate, care, and watch your growth. They’re instrumental in telling and showing you your progress and assisting with form and follow through.

The coaches
I love that it’s a group of people with the like goals. The coaches are excellent and very motivating as well. On days you don’t feel like being there, they lift you up and make the workout totally worth it.
I like that you can go your own pace yet continue to challenge yourself. I do NOT like the partner workouts. The class is fun. Coach Kristen in Scottsdale is awesome.

The classes are a precise and effective use of time. The coaches are great, and they kept you motivated to stay in the “fat burning” orange zone without being redundant or boring. The coaches really care and are encouraging too!

I like the variety, intensity, while still being able to do what I’m able to do on my level with my age. I like that every 3 months my blood work is excellent with no issues.

The workout is always different and awesome! The coach is a teacher and motivator who makes sure you are executing the exercises properly and helping to make sure you reach your goals. OTF is a total body workout that uses the treadmill, rowing machines and weights. Wether you are a beginner or an experienced exerciser OTF is a workout where you can really improve your cardiovascular fitness as well as your muscle strength.
