It pushes me to work hard without overwhelming me. Just when I feel like I can't do it, the change of pace allows me to keep going. Before I know it the whole hour is over and I have just got ìn a great workout.

I love the coaches' energy. I never regret a workout. I like being able to book a class and just go and not have to worry about what I'm going to do in the gym for the day. Knowing that when I want to give up I have someone there to push me to keep going, but also being able to recognize if I do actually need to rest.

there is variety. If i was to do this on my own i would be on the treadmill and would not push myself. I would never work with a Medicine Ball on my own. i enjoy the medicine ball workouts.
The only exercise i do not like at Orange Theory are working with the bands, i dont feel i get a good workout with Bands.
Orange Theory motivates you to push yourself
The support from the coaches, encouraging you to push yourself to be better. I also like the group classes which is something I didn't think I would like but the motivation and support from other team members help keep me motivated. The structure of the classes are easy to follow and can be intense if you push yourself. Finally, the classes are typically 60 mins which seem to fly by.
