Orange Theory Fitness is by far the best workout I have done. I have been a member for over 7 years and love every minute of my time in the studio. The workouts are different every day and challenge you do push yourself. You work at your own level with encouragement from the coaches. The staff and coaches are amazing and always make you feel welcome.

I like that each work out has a different emphasis on either strength, endurance or power. I like the coaching staff, they have different styles but make the workouts fun.
It is an hour long and the workout is set. It eliminates wandering around a gym thinking about what to do next. The coaches keep you on track and are a constant source of motivation.

The fact that it’s always total body. Good mix between weights and cardio
Coaches Mario, Kate, JJ, and Mike are awesome and the reason why I continue my membership. Also, Gabe is an awesome SA and great addition to the OTF No-Sco team!

The high energy, the electric atmosphere makes working out, fun, motivating, and inspirational!
Challenging (but doable) workouts and motivating coaches. The only workout routine I’ve been able to stick with because I can easily measure my progress and I never get bored. A++++

It;s fun and it works. I've tried working out on my own but I get unmotivated too quick. Here I show up, follow instructions and have a fun and complete workout in an hour.
I love that my workout is always something different… just a little bit harder… and I get to workout with a great group of people who’ve become like family!!!
