I am an old fat and out of shape man. However I love the program as you can work at your own pace. The trainers are uber trained to make sure I am doing the workouts in proper form to ensure safety. They are energetic and enthusiastic about their work. "Always be brave enough to suck at something new"
It’s fun and high energy!! Something different every day
Great community, high impact workout - you get a lot from a one hour session. Like seeing the progress on with the monitor and that I can also use it for other workouts through my day. One thing I don't love, is not having the option to cancel when I am sick, where it was not feasible to give the regular notice period - don't love getting charged for that given I'm paying to come. would be great to see some revision on that to allow for those times that are unexpected.

the challenge and accountability
Length and intensity.
It pushes me to compete against MYSELF, which is so much better than feeling like I have to compete against others in the class. I love the fact that each station's activities are broken up into manageable portions, for example, it's much easier to complete "all-out running" for 45 seconds vs "run on the treadmill for 10 minutes".
Instructors are the right amount of motivation and do a good job of keeping everyone on track
I like that the workout is monitored to my fitness level and it inspires me to do more
