It varies each day and the coaches are very motivating. I used to work out over 2 hours at another gym and i get better much better results at Orange Theory in an hour than my old gym. I have recommended many friends that have joined!

I like the dynamic workout at multiple stations. I really like the 3G classes and Orange 60. It’s nice to know there is a plan for every minute of the workout and that a coach is going to guide me through it! Prior to OTF I would go to the gym and just focus on cardio and get bored.
It’s so nice to have the coaches help correct form or give tips on picking up bigger or lighter weights. I wouldn’t know what to do in the weigh room without the coaches!! It’s why joined OTF and why I stay!
I really like coach Maddie! She does a great job talking to everyone and making them feel welcome. I also think she knowledgeable and helpful.
I also think the front office staff does a great job! They’re friendly and supportive.
I like cardio and I like the instructors pushing me. I also like that most of the classes are small. The front desk and management are nicer than they have ever been in the years I have been there.
The desk staff are super friendly and helpful. The coaches encouraging. And there is a definite sense of comradarie with the 9:15 class!!
I love the coaches. Kat and Bre and motivating and encouraging. The workouts are challenging and push me everyday.
All I have to do is sign up and show up. The workout is planned for me and the comradery among members is encouraging. The format for Orangetheory allows you to start at any fitness level and push for your goals from there.
It is different every time, always a challenge, always at my own pace.

Coaches make the workout fun. You always know you are going to get a great workout which is consistent across coaches but different each time. With the variety and regular attendance YOU WILL SEE RESULTS! I like the benchmarks and the challenges. Orange Theory has changed my life. At 64 I was starting to see my body no work how I would like.I had aches and pains, poor balance and not very strong.
I can do so much more than I could before I started . I have much better balance, greater overall strength, I can move better and am more flexible. My core is strong, I can run on the treadmill, do real pushups, step ups on the bench, much heavier weights and touch my nose to my knee, things I couldn't do before I started. It has been a game changer for me and worth all the hard work and money. Not bad for a 64 year old with two artificial hips! I recommend it for anyone who wants to gain strength, flexibility and balance.

The staff at OTF Midtown are great! Fun and knowledgeable staff keep me coming back, and make the hour long workouts fun! Music and instructional works outs are perfect.

We love OTF Central the coaches motivate you to get in there and do what you came to do. Everyone is friendly and there for a common goal. There is 60 minutes of not having to think "what should I do" and it is always challenging.

I love the energy from the coaches and supportive nature like Anthony, James and Kate. I have been going for a few years and got up to 4-5 days a week and recently had to take a few months off, so naturally, I am trying to get back into it. They are motivating and supportive on getting me back on track and love having that personalized attention! Thank you!
