Orange Theory Dana Park is like no other studio! The coaches and the members are amazing!
I have been going every day, and I feel amazing; I wish to go more often because I have started feeling like a new person. I hope this motivates others to change their lives and dedicate one hour to a fun change that can extend their lives and improve their mental mindset. I'm thankful for all of the coaches as well, and they are inspirational and willing to help out at any moment. Kat has incredible personal stories that spread motivation throughout the class, Bree definitely has my favorite music and she really helps me fix my posture while I'm on the weight floor which has been a game-changer, and Torie is super sweet, and always helpful, and wonderful during strength classes. I really enjoy working out at Pecos! I can't wait to see how I continue to grow over the next few months of daily dedication.

I like that each day is a different workout. The coaches are really what makes OTF stand out and keeps me going.
Workouts are fantastic, really enjoying the new templates, there's always at least one section where you can really push yourself if you want to.

I love that there are templates to challenge the body and mind. Knowing that I just show up and work it out without having to think through muscle groups or workout structures makes it so much easier to have a routine for fitness.
I do wish the music was more mainstream and less techno migraine beat.
I love everything about the workouts. It's great having a group setting to keep you motivated and also having an instructor to keep you on track. The class sizes are small enough that you can have one-on-one instructions to make sure that you're doing everything correctly. Also I love how the workouts change everyday! Love love love
OTF is the best workout I've ever done, and the downtown location is by far my favorite studio I've been to! Amazing coaches, even better studio manager, and really great people...especially the 5 a.m. crew!

It’s hard and full body, and as long as I go hard I only have to workout 2 days a week to not gain weight. Also, the classes are fun

Each coach offers a different energy to the workout. Workouts are fast paced, keep your attention and are never the same. Front of the house staff help build a wonderful in gym community
Variety! They recently changed up the workouts a bit, and some are better than others. I really prefer the longer blocks in the weight room. Coaches and staff are super helpful.
It is organized and balanced. Also, they allow for variation (for injuries, inabilities). And it's better working out with people!
