Community feel, variety of workouts, security that if I'm doing something wrong that could hurt me, the coach will correct me.
I don’t have to think about what I’m doing. The workout is already planned! I get to work my whole body every day and it never gets boring. The coaches are there to support, motivate and challenge us. They modify exercises to best fit our person needs. Love OTF Dana Park!
