It’s different every time. The coaches are exciting and have high energy. My favorites are Stephanie, Mike and AJ. I have worked out at several other gyms, some with coaching, some without. It’s unique enough that it’s kept my interest for a long time.
The workout is customized per station, and there are encouraging coaches.

The coaches are encouraging and helpful and I love not having to create my own workouts, OTF does it for you and the coaches lead you through the whole class.
Coach Natalie was AMAZING! I’m visiting from Chicago and I loved her class so much I had to come back for a second class the next day. She’s a great coach. I wish all coaches had her energy and personality. The front desk staff was welcoming and very nice. The studio was clean, music was great, and overall a fun experience. Thank you!!

I like that it is planned for me and that it includes both cardio and strength. I also really love the coaches. They are all so positive, encouraging and friendly. I really enjoy coming.

That I basically have a personal trainer in a group setting where I can go at my own pace. I don't feel intimidated. I like that I don't have to think about what I need to do, that the workout it all written out for me.
I like that all classes are taught by an instructor so you can stay on track. The idea of watching your heart rate and pushing and resting is excellent.
