The coaches encouragement really helps. Letting new people know about how to transition from treadmill to row machine would help. I still am confused if I sign out on each one or just stop and move over.

OTF Casas has been.my gym for 7 years. The coaches give steady motivation that make every workout fun and productive. Members are young and old, athletes to folks working to get healthy. At 66 years, I always feel welcome. Plus my heart is fit and I have strength for living life fully.

Small group personal training has been the best method of working out for me. I’m motivated, but not intimidated. I feel supported, while not feeling judged. This is a great gym with great coaches. Thanks for providing a comfortable yet challenging experience.
The 60-minutes workouts are great for people who like group exercises. Like other HIIT training, the OTF workouts can be a time-efficient way to burn calories and maintain overall health.

I love the Strenghth clasess and Natalie at Scottsdale Ranch. All of the coaches and front desk staff are wonderful. The memebers at Scottsdale Ranch are friendly & fun as well.
