I love the variety of the workout and the challenge. I find the coaches very conscious and aware of your workout and I really appreciate being corrected so that I'm doing the particular exercise properly. I struggle on the floor which probably means that is where my body requires the most emphasis. Of course, being totally uncoordinated doesn't help!!! I did Bikram yoga for 23 years and didn't think there was life after yoga but have discovered that there actually is! Love OT!
The way it changes your entire life! It's challenging interactive, every month has a new focus point, and the coaches being lovely and lively so early in the morning is a JUMP START to the mind and the entire week / day! I love the community it's built! I love how amazing my body looks! I LOVE ORANGE THEORY!
I have a love hate relationship with the treadmill, but I am improving my running endurance, which makes me very happy and proud of myself as a 56 year old female who lost 80lbs and has been able to keep it off for 3 years now. I came into OTF already fit after losing weight, strength training and walking hills, but I am now improving even more at OTF. Woohoo!
I really love that I don't have to put any thought into the workout. I just show up and follow the coaches directions. It's fun and all the coaches have been fantastic so far. I also love that anyone can do the workouts and it's at your own pace. I've only been to 6 classes but I'm excited to continue my health journey.
I like the fact that my workout is planned for me. I don’t have to think about what should I do next. Everyone is super friendly non judgmental and so so helpful. I like to be able to look up and see my stats. I like waking up the next day knowing I got a great workout in.
Clean and coach was very friendly
the diversity of the workout. And especially, the trainer. I just joined ave been to three classes. Same instructor, and she’s awesome! Helps me, pushes me, and very understanding that i’m new and learning!

We all have 1hr in our day for working out with great coaches. No judgment by anyone at OTF! Everyone cheers you on and always very supportive. Best workout 💪 love this place
I appreciate the accountability part. I like how to coaches encourage you and push you; whenever you have incorrect form, they guide you.
I love the coaches, they are really positive and motivating. I like the studio, it's run well and the people who work there are lovely. I wish there was less rock and more rap and hip hop music as that really deep pumping bass gets me running faster. But understand the need to please different musical tastes.
I also like the equipment and feel like everything is super clean.
I love the variety. The instructors have been great!! When I would rather bike instead of use the treadmill, they are good as long as I'm moving.
The weights are my favorite part.
There are a few things i like about the orange theory workouts.
The team concept with the individual effort.
The coach to help guide, motivate and sometimes push you to your daily workout goals.
Changing the daily workouts to work the different muscle groups.
And the ability to track your progress during your workout.

I love there are lift classes and cardio workout classes.
Great enery from instructors.....try and keep cell phones out of room..
I like the staff and instructors. The workouts are ok. We seem to do the same exercises on the floor A LOT. Overhead lifts and rows and biceps. I stay there for the people.
OTF helps me be accountable and pushes me to be able to finish my workout even I want to quit!
