Corbin came up right away and asked if I was new because he didn’t recognize me and was really welcoming. Also, I was on the bike for the first time and Corbin set me up right away.
We like the coaches encouraging us and watching out and fix our forms when needed.

Three different areas
Coach’s, music, workouts, and times workouts are offered.
Well planned, organized and executed programs.
Good coaches (Lisa, for example), front desk staff and environment. Reasonable price also helps.
The facilities are always clean and all of the workers are friendly. The classes are never too crowded and the coaches are engaged, energetic, and helpful. I would come to this studio more often but the Braddock Road location has a 440 option which fits my schedule better than 515p.
Being told what to do
I felt very welcomed.
But if i had not had my daughter-who has done orange theory for years - i would have been lost as far as what to do - weight movements. Treadmill/rower settings, etc.
The coach’s are so kind and welcoming and will help you out anytime you need them. And the front desk people are always so welcoming and know you by name. This is truly my happy place.
I like the option of taking different classes (cardio, strength , tread 50) i also like that there are benchmark workouts and that the coaching is fierce !!!
It's simply amazing. Total body or 360 degree work out. Every day new work out keeps it fresh and interesting. Love the coaches. Owner himself is gem of a person.
Some coaches are GREAT (izzy, lucinda, Amanda, david) with calling out adjustments, giving clear direction, keeping class energy up. Some are just ok.
Class time availability is terrible. Some gyms in Maryland offer classes as late as 8pm, and every 1-2 hours (Columbia, Annapolis, even Fed Hill) but limited class times are a deterrent for sure. Maybe try offering late/midday class times with some of the more "popular" coaches to see the type of attendance it draws.
Likely makes more sense to cancel and just pay the drop in rate at other gyms when the drive makes sense.
Everything is great about the workout, team, vibes
I like that I don’t have to think about what to do. It’s guided very well with a good mix of cardio and strength. The 8am classes are an amazing addition for those of us who struggle to be up early. I love the variance in the format day to day. Two things I wish we could see - more ab workouts and a bit more help with my form to make sure I’m doing things right. But overall I love OTF.
Amazing community of people at all different levels who are supportive and encouraging no matter where you are on your fitness journey.

I love that I don’t have to think about the specifics of the workout, all I have to do is show up and I get a fantastic workout every time. I love the music and the energy of my coaches too.

The coaches are so motivating. This is the first workout I've ever stuck with. I'm 100 classes in so far and do not plan on stopping. For the first time ever, I'm seeing progress. I can lift more weight than I could 4 months ago and can jog faster for longer periods of time. Thank you, OTF!
I have been a member of OTF Bowmanville since 2019 and even though I have taken breaks I always return! The front desk staff and the coaches welcome you every time, the members are all amazing, welcoming and I have not once felt judged or heard any gossip. The environment is healthy for your body as well as your mind and spirit. I highly recommend OTF Bowmanville 💖💪 you won't only see a difference in your body you will feel it as well and make great friends!

I love how it is class based so I don’t have to think about what to do and there is a coach there to help. The energy, and overall atmosphere and encouragement is great!
I love the heart monitor with color coding! It is a great visual and very motivating. I also love the mix of cardio and strength training.

I like the energy and the variety - and the coaches are wonderful! I would like some more variety in the music though - it’s nice when the instructors mix in some older tunes for those of us who are on the older side!
I love being able to show up at the start time and not having to think about the workout routine. The coaches lead us through it but I select my own effort, weight, etc. 60 minutes later I feel worn out but feel great at the time time. I need the motivation of a class time setting and have really enjoyed it the last 4 years.
