Clean facilities, good workouts and great staff
Class times and the financial commitment for cancellations are the hardest for me. I wish there was a 5:15 or 5:30AM class. I work full time outside of the home, I have three children, and a husband that works. Early morning is the only time I have, but 4:30AM wake up is difficult because it means 8:30 bed time. There is no easy solution. If I have a bad night (e.g., kid wakes up sick) and I pre-booked and can't go, I get penalized. I understand you're a business, but that just really doesn't work for me. Pre-booking and cancelation policy make it hard for me. I'm seriously considering canceling my membership.
Variety of interesting workouts, great coaches and friendly stuff. Amazing place! I simply love Orangetheory ❤️

I love all of the coaches and how motivating/positive they are. Once I get going with my workout I know I’ll never regret coming in for a class.

60 minutes for total body workout. Each day is a different workout to target different areas. And you go at your own pace.
The variety and unexpectedness of the workout keeps me interested and not bored! I love the challenge
The trainers, community, consistency
During the exercise with some of the couch, it is like fun but with someone, it could not be like fun.
The motivation and accountability
The daily verity of routines are great and coaches are extremely helpful. I would recommend OTF to anyone looking to get into shape and stay that way.

The OTF workouts are great as they're different every day. I also love that you can challenge yourself or dial it back if you're not feeling 100%. Coaches are amazing too!

Always different, great music
I love that I can feel unmotivated and seriously wanting to cancel my class in the morning, but I go anyway and when the class gets started, I am encouraged from the minute I walk in the studio door. I know that my coach and the OTF Moore team is going to encourage me to do my best and when I get my heart rate up and I start sweating and those splats start adding up, I know I am getting stronger with every movement I make. I know that when I feel my tank is empty, that is when I ask myself why did I showed up? I know exactly why; it is the feeling of empowerment and the knowledge that I did more in that 1 hour than most people do in a day. I know that if I can do an hour workout with OTF Moore, that I can face any challenges that come my way.
So, you ask me what I like about the workouts? I don't like anything, I LOVE everything.
I love the power in my legs to run my top speed on the treadmill, I love the strength to lift weights of all sizes on the floor, and I love the endurance to row without stopping. For me it is not about liking, but LOVING the workouts that are transforming me into the Absolute Best version of me I can be!

I always feel like I get a great work out. I like how you mix it up each class and do both cardio and weights. The heart rate monitor I find helpful.
You don't need to think about it...you just follow along and you actually feel like you really worked out - because you do!
I also like the positive atmosphere and support too! Everyone motivates each other and you don't ever feel judged!

It’s a little bit of everything and it moves at a good pace.
Each workout is different. You can guide your own pace and use your heart monitor as a guide. Coaches show the correct way to lift. Fully body workouts each time.
