Orange Theory workouts are always doable but challenging. There is always a variety of templates for the workouts during the course of the month with occasional repeats. You get to work various muscle groups using the rower, treadmill and floor exercises. The coaching is amazing. I would not be as successful with my workouts if I did not have the excellent coaching to keep me motivated and advancing my workouts.

Everything. My body has muscle in places I didn’t know it could. Very satisfied. Especially since figuring out less splat points for my body type is the way to go. I love OTF

I love everything about my workouts. There’s nothing that I can find wrong or negative about anything when I step foot into Orangetheory fitness that is why I go there faithfully. I truly appreciate coach Niles he is the best as well as the entire staff! My only complaint is being completely ignored when I walked in this morning 03/25/2024 @ 6:20am I said hello and good morning to the young lady at the front desk as I always do but today I felt completely ignored. I’ve never experienced any issues with her so I’m guessing maybe she had something on her mind, I get it. However when my gym session was over no acknowledgment. I would like to be greeted properly just like everyone else who attends. Thank you

The energy and care that the team take for everyone’s fitness.
The structure of weight lifting exercises is thoughtful. Exercise combinations are usually complimentary. There is still too much emphasis on pushing people to complete all the reps and rounds and getting "splat" points. Observations around the room indicate that the extra speeds required to "keep up" usually comes with a sacrifice in form. The coaches don't often catch / correct these issues. Slow. Steady. Form. Time under tension, etc..
Friendly and knowledgeable staff, challenging and fun workout with lots of variety!
I love working out at orangetheory i am always in such a good mood after my workout even though they can be tough sometimes. I would 100% recommend orangetheory to others.
Love the challenge and mixture of the workouts. I really appreciate the sense of community and support that the Mic Mac staff foster.
Coach Zach was full of energy, extremely engaging, and knowledgeable about the workout/weights. Really enjoyed my first time back at OTF and excited to attend additional classes at Shawnee with Coach Zach!

High intensity excercise, work had sweat hard and achieve goals to build resilient mindset. Whole body intense work out supports me in staying physically fit and mentally strong to perform at higher capacity in personal and professional life.
Great, energetic coaches and you can definitely feel the sense of community among the members.
The circuit training and variety of programs for each of the 3 areas
I like that I can turn off my brain. I like that the coaches can (CAN) have a really positive impact if you are fortunate to have a great coach. I love the immediate data. I also love the mix of exercises that work the entire body over the course of 60 minutes. All of that coupled with the challenges and benchmarks makes this a really fun and dynamic program.
Loving the convenience of the Orange Theory Henderson Hwy location, the challenging blend of cardio and weights in the workouts and also the excellent staff and members. The energy burst that it gives me for the rest of the day is amazing! -Carter Hanke
The classes are overcrowded. All the time.
2G used to be fine. You should commit to having a couple of those a day, and limit attendance rather than expanding them to 3G.
The instructors are great, the workout is varied to keep it interesting. Everyone is friendly. It would be nice if you could sign up for your machine or tread spot when you signed up for the class. This is insignificant but it drives me crazy that the numbers are stuck on the bottle filler machine.
I’ve had many GYM memberships before but didn’t know how to workout. So, I paid every month but didn’t attend because didn’t enjoy it. OTF is structured an guided. Time goes by fast and I leave satisfied. It is not a competition, everyone does their best. I like that.
